Checking your link…
Start on your computer
This page sends your Google Authenticator screenshots to Twincode on your computer. They're locked on your phone, so only your computer can open them.
- On your computer, open Twincode and click Send from phone.
- Scan the QR code it shows with the Camera app, not the Control Center scanner.
This link isn't complete
Part of it is missing, so we can't find your computer.
- On your computer, click Send from phone again.
- Scan the new QR code with the Camera app, not the Control Center scanner.
Step 1 of 3
Connect to your computer
Started by a computer just now
Only continue if you just clicked Send from phone on your own computer.
We never send QR codes by email.
Take the screenshots first
- Open Google Authenticator.
- Tap Menu › Transfer accounts › Export accounts.
- Choose your accounts and tap Next.
- Screenshot every QR code it shows. iOS 26: tap ✓, then Save to Photos.
- Come back to this page. The link stops working 10 minutes after you clicked Send from phone.
Then close this page
Nothing has been sent, and nothing on your phone has changed. This link stops working on its own within 10 minutes.
We never send QR codes by email. If someone sent you this link, don't use it.
Step 2 of 3
Check the numbers
Look at the Send from phone page on your computer. Type the 4 numbers it shows.
Nothing is sent until the numbers match.
Stop here
Nothing has been sent. The numbers didn't match, so this page may not be talking to your computer. Another phone may have connected first, or someone else made this code.
- On your computer, close the Send from phone page.
- Click Send from phone again, and scan the new code with the Camera app.
If you didn't just click Send from phone on your own computer, close this page. We never send QR codes by email. If it keeps happening, use your webcam or a file on your computer instead.
Step 3 of 3
Pick your screenshots
The numbers match
On your computer, click My phone shows . Then choose your screenshots here.
Choose the QR code screenshots from Google Authenticator. A backup file from another app works too.
Screenshots not in Photos?
iOS 26: tap ✓, then Save to Photos.
Sending…
Keep this page open until it's done.
Locking your files…
Sent. Check your computer.
Twincode on your computer opens them now. You'll see every account there before anything is saved.
If Google Authenticator offers to remove the exported accounts, tap Keep.
Your phone stays your main copy.
Delete the screenshots
They hold the keys to your accounts, so don't leave them lying around. Once Twincode on your computer has added your accounts:
- In Photos, select the screenshots and tap Delete.
- Open Recently Deleted. It's under Utilities in Photos, or in Albums on older iPhones. Tap Select, choose the screenshots, then Delete.
- Delete the backup file in the Files app, then in its Recently Deleted too.
Other photo backups keep copies.
If Google Photos, OneDrive, Dropbox or another app backs up your photos, delete the screenshots there too.
You can close this page now. It doesn't keep anything.
